Had a great time recently photographing Leigh and Craig’s wedding in Florida.  The entire event took  place at the Sheraton  Fort Lauderdale Beach. (formerly the Sheraton Yankee Clipper).  The rehearsal  was followed by a water taxi ride through the inter -coastal to 15th Street Fisheries, a really great restaurant on the waterfront in Ft Lauderdale.   The ceremony was on the beach in front of the hotel at sunset and, despite a week long ominous forecast, the weather was fantastic.  The cocktail hour was held poolside and the reception followed in the ballroom of the hotel.  At the end of the evening the guests found their way to the “Wreck Bar” off the lobby of the hotel.  This bar is famous for it’s windows over the bar that look underwater into the swimming pool on the next floor up.  It has been a hangout for celebrities working in the area since 1942.  It was most recently featured in “Analyse This” with Robert DiNero and Billy Crystal.   While all the guests were in the middle of the late night party, Leigh and Craig showed underwater at the windows over the bar.  You can probably guess what happened from there!  You can check out all the photos on the “client proofing section of my web site @ www.billchristo.com.

Just received an e-mail from a really great couple.  It seems their wedding photo has made it onto a bill board in Times Square!  Ellen and Adam had a beautiful ceremony and reception at The Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH.  You can check out photos on my web site.

The Mount Washington is one of the finest resorts in New England.  They have recently renovated the entire hotel and added a 30 million dollar spa and convention center!  An awesome place for a wedding.  When you call them be sure to mention I sent you:)!

We started off the New Year right photographing the Wentworth Hotel and Spa’s Grand Wine Tasting Opening Night!  There were over 300 guests, local chefs with excellent food, and plenty of wine from winemakers around the world.  Ben Baldwin and the Big Note played to a sold out crowd and helped make the night a huge success.  This event continues with wine and dinner events right through the end of February.  Here are some photos of the festivities!
